8/14/18 (Commentary for Tuesday) The SPX and NDX bounced back today even as the USD climbed to over 96.5 which threatens the Q3 earnings of multi national companies. In Q2 earnings reports, US CEOs seemed more concerned about a rising USD than the Trump tariffs and their retaliation. The strength in the US markets today argues for a retest of the SPX and NDX highs from last week we are looking to buy weakness in US markets early Wednesday.
