Mileage Reimbursement

One way mileage reimbursement is also available for cast members moving to Williamsburg to begin employment.

Cast members who commute more than 50 miles for Spring weekend performances are eligible for mileage reimbursement (per diem).

Busch Gardens Williamsburg Performance Season begins in
early March and continues to the end of October.

Cast members may participate in free dance classes and talent development clinics.

Cast members are eligible for group health insurance.

In Theme Parks Magazine's first poll of it's readers, Busch Gardens Williamsburg was rated as the "Most Beautiful Park in the country". The park has also received numerous "Best Theme Park Shows in America" awards from Amusement Today magazine.

The Entertainment Department is dedicated to the continued artistic development of each cast member. Cast members may also receive local and national media exposure as well as performance opportunities outside of the park. Busch Gardens Williamsburg will provide you with a chance to work with seasoned professionals using state of the art equipment while displaying your talents before more than two million park visitors.

Many Busch Gardens performers have found their Busch Gardens experience to be a valuable stepping stone on their pathway to Broadway, motion pictures and national tours. Some of those alumni include Michael McGuire, the 1987 winner of the Tony Award for Les Miserables, Blair Underwood of LA Law, and most recently Taye Diggs, who starred in the Broadway Musical “RENT” and the film “How Stella Got Her Groove Back”.
