Housing and Relocation
One-way, one-time mileage reimbursement is available for performers, technicians, technical captains, and stage managers moving to Williamsburg to begin employment on a per diem basis. We also provide a housing coordinator that is available to assist in roommate selection and apartment selection.

Complimentary Tickets and Discounts
Busch Gardens Entertainment Team Members are eligible for complementary guest tickets to any SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment park (excluding Discovery Cove), as well as discounts on in-park food and merchandise.

Classes and Employee Incentives
Busch Gardens Entertainment is dedicated to the continued artistic and technical development of its employees. Complimentary dance classes, vocal and acting seminars, and technical workshops will be offered throughout the year. In addition, Team Member-only events are held throughout the year, including previews of upcoming rides and events, game and movie nights, and complimentary food and merchandise.

Health Insurance
Busch Gardens Employees are eligible for discounted Starbridge Health Insurance for a nominal weekly fee.

Media Exposure and Networking
Team Members may receive local and national media exposure as well as performance opportunities outside of the park. Busch Gardens will provide you with a chance to work with seasoned professionals using state of the art equipment while displaying your talents before millions of park visitors every year. Many Busch Gardens performers have found their Busch Gardens experience to be a valuable stepping stone on their pathway to Broadway, film and national tours. Some of those alumni include Michael McGuire, the 1987 winner of the Tony Award for Les Misérables, Blair Underwood of LA Law, and most recently Taye Diggs, who starred in the Broadway Musical “RENT” and the film “How Stella Got Her Groove Back.”
