Base pay rate: $17.50/hr
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the development of Theatrical Technicians.
- Assist in the creation & maintenance of work schedules based on labor budgets and shows/special events requirements.
- Communicate updated work schedule changes.
- Participate in the maintenance of department developmental discussions-employee development.
- Assist in the creation/implementation of departmental and Theatrical Services orientations and training.
- Administrate the hiring process for the operating season.
- Ensure compliance to policies and procedures.
- Work closely with Theatrical Services Production Supervisor, Show Production Supervisor, and Show Operations Supervisor to ensure all operational needs are met.
- Support the creation of appropriate time lines & budgets for Shows
- Installs/strikes, HOS events.
- Assist in the coordination for all Local Special Events.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Performing Arts, Arts Management or equivalent experience.
- Employee training and orientation experience preferred.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Familiar with SAP, TMS, Excel, and Access.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent people skills
- Ability to multi-task.
