If you are under age 18

Applicants must be at least 15 years old to audition and 16 years old to accept an employment contract. Applicants under 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian with them. Proof of age is required at the time of the audition. Identification is required for both the applicant and the parent or legal guardian. Acceptable ID's are: drivers license, Social Security card, or passport. A signed consent form is required for all applicants wishing to audition.
